It contains the recommendations and proposed initiatives that resulted from plenary sessions, panel discussions, and some 35 workshops at the Assembly.
The report also features excerpts from the addresses delivered by Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko and First Lady of Ukraine, Kateryna Yushchenko, and the presentations made by the Honorable Alejandro Toledo, former President of Peru and founder of the Global Center for Development and Democracy, Maina Kiai, former Chairperson of the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights, and Myroslava Gongadze, Ukrainian journalist, human rights activist, and founder of the Gongadze Foundation.
